Andrea’s biggest plus is she listened to buyers needs and goes about finding homes. She lays out the pros and cons of property and let the buyers decide, without being pasty to close the deal. We bought a rehabbed house. Jen was great to deal with. She always made herself available to see a house, even at the last minute. She signed me up for the MLS so I could search and get daily email updates of new listings. But mostly Jen came to understand me as a person and what I like and don't like, and that understanding went a long way to helping me find what I wanted. I also felt that Jen knew her stuff when it came to how the contract(s) would work, what my options were re: waiving different things, etc...she seemed like a pro. She knew all the answers, laid it out in plain English. Jen went out of her way to offer me good advice on decorating my new house and she introduced me to some excellent contractors for things like paint, wallpaper and floors. Crissy Chartrand did a fantastic job selling our home. We had three contracts the first day. She got the house all ready and took care of the little things to make the house presentable. We then had issues with the City of Brentwood's inspection that listed more than a dozen matters that had to be taken care of before they would issue an occupancy permit to the new owner. Crissy jumped into action and found all the contractors that could do the minor work. The one item that was going to be a hold-up was window replacement. They want two windows replaced because their condition posed a "life safety" concern. These were in the bedroom. We could not find anyone to replace the windows before closing, but she was able to get the City to allow us to put down a deposit with the city that would be refunded when the two new windows were installed. The amount of work required to get everything done to sell the house was a lot. However, Crissy took care of 99% of the work. Thank you Crissy!! I did learn that local cities are much more strict on what they require to be done on a house before selling and a new occupancy permit issued, making the process much more difficult than what it was just three years ago. We had none of these issues when we purchased the home three years ago yet nothing changed in the homes condition other than improvements we made!!
