Working alongside Mrs. Johnson was an absolute pleasure. Between the direct communication on each and every question, to just the overall general knowledge of what to look for when moving, she was a blessing! I am a first time home renter, so it’s much different from being an apartment renter. Mrs. Johnson was able to breakdown all the fine printed words, and really pinpoint what I should be considering when selecting my house. I was able to message her with any kind of questions, whether how small and silly they may have been. One of the biggest things I can say I enjoyed about working with her was her attentive skills when it came to what I was looking for. Each house that was in my portal ( which she set up and created personally for me) fit most, if not all of the requirements I was looking for. Anytime I read moving requirements she made sure to highlight areas of pro and con. When I went with her to view my current new home, she was prompt and timely, arriving a little ahead of time. She walked through the house throughly with me and once I was sure it was the home for me she went right to work reaching out to the landlord and property owners. I filled out my applications online, and by that following week I had a lease ready to be signed!
