Heather asked us what we wanted to do and when we said we wanted the condo she helped us get an investor loan for 10% down. The deal was right there and Heather put it together making our dreams come true. We then backed out of the deal causing a lot of trouble. Heather worked to smooth things over with the new buyer. She worked just as hard after suffering what must have been a huge disappointment for a double commission opportunity as she had in the beginning. What does this story tell us about Heather? She is hard working and a go getter. She is knowledgeable and has the connections to make things happen.
